High Level (3):
The writing demonstrates strong commitment to the quality, accuracy, and significance of the web-based research. Documentation is used to avoid plagiarism and to enable the reader to judge how believable or important a piece of information is by checking the web sources.

Mid-level (2):
The Quest project demonstrates a limited commitment to the quality and significance of web-based research. Documentation is sometimes used to avoid plagiarism and to enable the reader to judge how believable or important a piece of information is by checking the web sources. Errors begin to violate the rules of documentation.

Low Level (1):
The Quest project demonstrates disregard for the conventions of web-based research. Lack of proper documentation results in plagiarism and does not enable the reader to check the source.
